Something which differentiates Helion from most other data security IP core vendors is
that we also design real products for our customers, based on our own IP. This means that
we have many years of hard earned experience in the development of all aspects of truly
secure products. This reflects directly into our IP cores, which are guaranteed to be
easy to use and appropriate for their purpose.....because we have already used them ourselves!
This design services expertise is also available to a wider audience. It is available
to back up the IP itself, so that during your initial discussions we can offer help and
advice on adding security into your product. It is then available after licensing our IP,
to further support you through integration. Of course all this comes as standard with Helion,
at no extra cost.
Product development by Helion
Then there is also the choice of using our design services capabilities to take on
the task of developing your product. This may be the entire product, or perhaps
just the security aspects of it. We can advise on the best way to approach this,
and can take on the design and implementation of the system or any sub-system.
This is something we have done for many customers in the past, so we are extremely
used to working this way.
Our existing design services customers are geographically widely spread, with many
being based outside of the UK. This presents no problems to us; indeed the way we
work is geared directly towards this, and we have had great success with this approach.
